At iSneaker.eu, you can return an item within 14 days at your own expense. The item has to be unused and in new condition. Both the returned item AND the packaging has to be unused and new condition. If the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the merchandise or 25 EURO. We will either exchange the returned item(s) and send it to you freight-free or refund your money. iSneaker does not refund shipping costs. If you place an order and refuse the package when it arrives you will not get a full refund for your order. You will be charged with the costs of the shipping fees, and also with an additional penalty fee of 10% of the orders value or at least 25 EURO.

- We will inform our courier to pick up the item within 5 working days
- Let us know when the item has been picked up so we can issue your return online code which is redeemable on our website for the price of the item that you returned. You can use that code to order the same item in a different size or just to order any other item you would like!
Returns Terms and Guidelines
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- When returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. iSneaker is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
- Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.
